One of the many uses of this wonderful compound is in losing excessive weight in the arms, thighs, back, and belly. In this post, I will discuss three ways in which you can use the baking soda to lose excessive weight.

Baking Soda And Apple Cider Vinegar

The combination of baking soda and organic apple cider vinegar is very perfect for your body. It is low in calories, and it will help suppress the appetite. It will also boost your metabolism and slow down digestion.


1/2 tbsp. of baking soda.

1 glass of purified warm water.

2 tbsp. of unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar.

Mix the ingredients together and drink it every morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.

Baking Soda And Green Tea.

Green tea has many health benefits: the burning of fats in the body, improving dental health, lower risk of type 2 diabetes, and improving brain function.


1/4 tbsp.. of baking soda.

organic green tea.

1 glass of purified warm water.

Add a green tea to a glass of purified warm/hot water, when it is ready, add baking soda. Wait a few minutes, drink on an empty stomach every morning 30 minutes before breakfast.

Baking Soda And Lemon Juice.


Lemon juice is a powerful antiseptic for cleansing the digestive and tissue system, it can also improves your metabolism.


1 tbsp. of baking soda.

1 lemon.

1 glass of purified warm water.

Add a juice of one lemon in a glass of warm purified water, and pour a baking soda. Drink on an empty stomach every morning, 30 minutes before breakfast.
